This five-day course teaches practical methods for measuring performance and analyzing productivity. You will learn how to choose useful metrics, collect reliable data, and turn results into concrete improvement actions. The curriculum covers process mapping, time studies, statistical analysis, benchmarking, and reporting. The aim is to reduce waste, improve throughput, and connect productivity changes to business outcomes.
1. Select and define KPIs that align to business objectives and can be measured reliably.
2. Design and implement measurement systems, including sampling plans and data-capture templates.
3. Conduct process mapping, time studies, and work sampling to quantify capacity, cycle time, and variability.
4. Analyze productivity data using basic statistics and visualizations to identify root causes and prioritize interventions.
5. Create dashboards and concise reports that translate measurement findings into actionable improvement plans and expected financial impact.
1. Operations managers and directors responsible for production or service performance.
2. Continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma leaders running productivity projects.
3. Industrial, manufacturing, or process engineers who design workflows and standards.
4. Business analysts and data analysts responsible for operational metrics and dashboards.
5. Frontline supervisors and team leaders accountable for daily performance and staffing.

- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
